Mohamed Abuagla: Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Abuagla founded Intelligent Technologies Labs in 2002 as an IT consulting firm and has lead the company since inception. He has over 15 years of extensive experience serving government and commercial clients in the areas of IT, Telecommunications, and Security.

Prior to establishing Intelligent Technologies Labs, Mr. Abuagla worked with IntelliDyne, LLC where he served as the Network Operations leader. In this role he was responsible for supporting the Health Affairs/ TriCare Management Activity (HA/TMA) information technology needs.

Mr. Abuagla holds a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Mr. Abuagla is also certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and specializes in implementation and management of IT Service organizations.

Kristine Titzer: Chief Operation Officer (COO)

With over 20 years experience successfully managing complex technical programs, Ms. Titzer extensive experience in PMO and security management. Prior to joining ITL, Ms. Titzer had over twenty years of experience, serving in various leadership positions including the division director at Zen Technology. Ms. Titzer  is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and also holds a CRISC certification.

Kimberly Saxon: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Ms. Saxon has over 27 years of experience in the Information Security/ Information Technology industry. She has provided outstanding contract support to DoD, Federal, Military and commercial clients. Ms. Saxon specializes in Information Assurance (IA) and Certification and Accreditation (C&A). She has performed IA and C&A services for the Military Health System (MHS)/TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) and the Defense Message System (DMS). She has served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all DoD and Federal C&A requirements for the MHS/TMA IA Program Office and other customers as well as Project Manager of C&A efforts.

In the past, Ms. Saxon has served as a Information Assurance Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager for various Federal Government clients. She has worked with the United States Marine Corps, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and many other leading entities. Ms. Saxon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hood College and is certified in PMP, CISSP, CHSP just to name a few. Ms. Saxon has received Employee of the Year Awards, Vision Award, Certificates of Appreciation, and a plethora of other accolades.

Bruce Bonnick: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) 

Mr. Bonnick has over 12 years of experience supporting IT systems in deadline and performance oriented environments. He specializes in supporting IT systems and infrastructure in government environments as well as in DoD IT systems and network infrastructure. Has worked directly with DoD Information System security policies and requirements. Mr. Bonnick is certified and experienced at developing and performing training for IT professionals and possesses significant experience with administrative task automation in management of Information Systems implementing Active Directory.

He especially enjoys creating documentation for technical, security and design focus of information systems as well as requirements analysis and identification. In the past, Mr. Bonnick has worked with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Carnegie Mellon University, RCN, and CompNet Solutions, just to name a few. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and VMWare Technical Sales Professional (VTSP).
